RETURNS & DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours (if item in stock).
UK MAINLAND POSTAGE
Free postage for orders over £100. Goods will be sent by 1st class recorded post according to weight. Parcels to UK addresses should arrive within 1-3 working days (provided there are no postal disputes). For guarenteed next day delivery please phone or email for a quote.
Europe normally 4-7 days
U.S.A normally 5-10 days
Rest of World (Orders are limited to counties of our discretion) normally 7-14 days
Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal system itself and delays or charges due to Customs (for non EU countries) – as both are out of our control.
If you are not happy with your purchase we will refund you provided goods are returned within 14 days (refund minus postage) – in good condition, unworn, and with tickets still attached.
For your protection, if you have to return an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. We will not be held responsible if returned goods do not reach us.
For faulty or incorrect goods, before sending item back, please inform us within 48 hours by email, phone or fill out our RMA Request Form. We will refund your return postage costs if the return is due to a fault with the item, or because of an error we have made.
If you are returning an item for any other reason (for example – if you ordered the incorrect size or product), we will deduct the cost of the delivery from your refund.
Make sure you remember to include your returns details with your item and you’ll be sent an e-mail confirming the status of your return as soon as possible. Returns can take up to five days to reach us and will then be processed.
Postage is free for orders of £100 or over
This is only applicable to goods that are not returned. Original postage for items returned will be deducted from the subsequent refund if the returned items bring the total below £100.
UK Vat is charged on all items, tax may also be charged in destination country, which the buyer is responsible for.
All orders are thoroughly checked before dispatching.
RETURNS OUTSIDE UNITED KINGDOM
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer to pay for any return postage costs from the outside the UK for any reason.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY COUNTRIES
If on the shipping calculator in the shopping cart or checkout page, your country is not listed, please email for a quote.
Please inform us by email to email@example.com to cancel an order within 14 days of order date. If your order has already been dispatched you will receive a refund minus postage charges.
FREE GIFTS AND REDUCED ITEMS
If you’ve received a free/reduced gift with your order and subsequently return item(s) which entitled you to the offer then you must also return the free/reduced gift. If you wish to keep the free gift you will be charged the current or remaining RRP.
